1. Return Period
Customers can request a return within 5 days of receiving the product in case of defects or damages.
2. Return Conditions
Returns are accepted only for products with technical defects, shipping damage, or incorrect items sent.
Returns due to change of mind or dissatisfaction without product defects are not accepted.
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
3. Return Request Procedure
Before sending any returns, please contact clsshop24 support via email or WhatsApp.
Our support team will review your case and provide guidance.
You must submit clear photos and videos of the issue.
Do not send the product back without prior approval; return addresses may vary.
4. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled only within 24 hours of placing the order and before shipment from the warehouse.
After shipment, cancellation and refund requests are only accepted for valid defects or shipping errors.
5. Return Shipping Costs
If the defect or error is on the part of clsshop24 or the supplier, return shipping costs will be covered by us.
Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
6. Return Address
Returned products are generally sent back to clsshop24 warehouses in China.
The exact return address will be provided after return approval.
7. Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days to the original payment method.
8. Product Replacement
clsshop24, following clsshop24 policy, does not offer direct product replacements.
For a replacement, please contact our support to arrange a new order.
9. Shipping Delays & Order Cancellation
9.1. Estimated Shipping Time:
Shipping typically takes between 7 to 20 business days.
9.2. Force Majeure (Unforeseen Circumstances):
clsshop24 is not responsible for delays caused by war, earthquakes, pandemics, fires, strikes, airport or postal closures, or other force majeure events.
Customers will be informed of such delays via email or WhatsApp.
9.3. Local Postal Issues:
If packages are held at local post offices due to recipient absence, unreadable or incorrect addresses, or postal code mismatches, customers must visit their local post office to collect the parcel.
Return or reshipment costs resulting from such issues are the customer's responsibility.
9.4. Advice for Unreceived Shipments:
Customers who have not received their orders are advised to check with their local post office first, as parcels may be held there before declaring as lost.
